About Harmony AI Technologies
We build the software your business runs on. Then AI agents do the admin work inside it.
In plain words: we build the software a company runs on, for its clients, jobs, schedule and invoices. Then we add AI agents that do its admin work.
- One founder
- A fleet of AI agents
- Software already in use
What we do
Many AI tools help people talk about their work. We build the software that runs the work, and we put an AI agent inside it.
Software for how your business runs
For each business, we build its own software, shaped around how that business actually works: its clients, jobs, schedule and invoices. Then we add an AI agent that does the admin work inside it.
Partnerships with operators
We build for owners of roofing, cleaning, construction and home service companies, insurance agencies and other service businesses. We partner with them to build the software their trade needs.
Our own products
We also build software products of our own. You can see them in our app store, each with its honest status.
Where it's working now
The first business we ran on our own software was this one. Luiz built Harmony Command Center to run Harmony itself, and it has handled our clients, pipeline, tasks and finances since May 2026.
On September 12, 2026, the first app we built to run a client's business went live, for a cleaning company on Cape Cod. The company uses it for its clients, crew logins and schedule. The app also handles invoices and payouts, and has an AI assistant its team can use in Portuguese or English. On September 14, the company subscribed to it, which made it our first software subscription.
Our founder, Luiz Ribeiro
Luiz was raised on Cape Cod, the peninsula east of Boston, Massachusetts. He graduated from high school there in 2018 and studied psychology at Cape Cod Community College.
He worked at Gade Group, a construction company, from 2016 to 2025. He started as a field worker, moved into the office as an administrator and estimator, became a division manager, took over office, project and business development management in 2022, and in 2023 became Head of Marketing, Sales and Business Development. By his own record, within two months of his taking over marketing the company's leads went from two or three a week to an average of 35 to 45 a month, and stayed there for the next two years.
At Margaritaville Resort Cape Cod in Hyannis, he led the grounds from design to completion. The architects handed Gade the blueprints; Luiz researched which trees would make the resort feel like Margaritaville and still belong on Cape Cod. That led him to cold-hardy windmill palms, which stay in the ground all year, and to seasonal palms and banana trees in containers that come inside for the winter. Gade's team then drew up the full landscape and hardscape design. By his account, he ran more than five landscape, masonry and hardscape crews on site: they removed the old landscape and parts of the previous hardscape and built nearly all of it new, and he led the project from start to completion in late August 2024 with the Gade team. By his account, the windmill palms along Route 132 were among the first planted in a Massachusetts commercial landscape to stay in the ground year-round.
"We lined Route 132 with these particular palms."
Luiz Ribeiro, in Cape Cod & The Islands Magazine, Fall 2024
At a multi-million-dollar luxury home in South Dennis, he did more than the marketing. He helped shape the magazine features, worked with Coastal Lifestyle TV (the Cape Cod & The Islands Magazine program) to arrange its interview on the project, and appeared in it. He also worked on the build itself alongside his father, from the foundation to the finishing touches. By his account, he installed the acrylic window between the in-ground fire pit and the pool: a panel about eight inches thick and seven to eight feet long that holds back thousands of gallons of water, with imported materials and sealers that had to be measured, mixed and set in the right conditions and temperatures over more than two weeks. His résumé also lists a 2025 nomination for New England's 40 Under 40.
During his years at Gade he also started Viral Click Pro Digital Solutions, later Harmony Digital Solutions, a marketing agency that served the Gade Group companies and other home-service businesses. By his account, he ran it profitably for about a year and a half and grew it to nearly $6,000 a month in recurring revenue. In 2025 he closed the agency and left Gade to build a software and AI company full time: Harmony AI Technologies.
Along the way he taught himself to build software. He also taught himself the basics of quantum computing and began research with AI on writing code for quantum computers, alongside other research into how AI systems are designed and how large language models are built.
He started building his own agent harnesses early. The first was OverkillOS, which began as a set of markdown instruction files for his code editor, before he had a name for what he was making.
Today he builds complete apps, front to back, and the AI agent systems this company runs on. He also leads the research behind PSIM, our work on memory for personal AI. He speaks English and Portuguese, and some Spanish.
As seen in Coastal Lifestyle TV, Season 1, Episode 3 · Cape Cod & The Islands Magazine, Fall 2024, "Key West on Cape Cod"

How the company runs
Harmony is one founder working with a fleet of AI agents. Each agent has a name and a job. The agents work in two places: online in the cloud, and on our own computers.
The agents track the money, draft client follow-ups for a person to send, write and test code, check the website, and research what comes next. A person sends every client message and approves every payment. The agents keep a written record of each day, and a second agent reviews important findings before we act on them.
We add a new agent when the work needs one.
Luiz is the company's CEO. Each agent below is named for its job.

What we've built
Each product is made by Harmony AI Technologies, and each is getting its own name and look.
Research
This is work we are still studying. We say what we are looking into, and what we have not shown yet.
PSIM
A design for how a personal AI remembers. In August 2026, Luiz published a paper, Digital Cryptomnesia in an Artificial Agent. It describes two cases where an AI memory system lost track of where its own information came from. (Cryptomnesia is when a memory comes back but feels like a new idea.)
About eleven weeks earlier, other researchers published related work on memory in AI agents, proposing a system called MemIR. They include researchers at the Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen).
A small AI model for our apps
We plan to fine-tune a small, openly available AI model for the work our apps do. It will learn only from records our clients agree to share. Training has not started.
How AI agents are built and run
How to give AI agents memory, clear jobs, and checks on each other. The company runs on this work every day.
Quantum computing, particle physics and quantum biology
This is Luiz's independent study of what these fields might tell us about memory and thinking. It is a question we are asking, not how our software works: PSIM runs on ordinary computers.
A first small experiment on IBM's free tier of quantum computers has been planned in writing. It has not been run yet.
Where this is going
We think every business should have its own software and its own AI agent.
And we think every person should have an AI that remembers what they tell it, and belongs to them.
